FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I order a custom shirt?

Choose your shirt size and color first. Then upload your design and mock up using our uploader, select your quantity, review your order, and complete checkout.

What file should I upload?

For the best print quality, we recommend using a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background whenever possible.
You may also upload supported JPG or PDF files.

What shirt sizes are available?

Available sizes will be shown on the product page. Simply select the size you need before adding your shirt to your order.

What shirt colors are available?

Available colors will appear in the shirt color selector. Choose your preferred color before uploading your design.

Can I order more than one shirt?

Yes. You can order multiple shirts depending on the quantity you need.

What if my design is low quality?

Low-resolution images may result in a less clear print. We recommend uploading the highest-quality version of your design available.
If there is a major issue with your uploaded artwork, our team may contact you before production.

Will my printed shirt look exactly like the image on my screen?

Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings and the shirt material. We always aim to produce the closest possible result using the design you provide.
